How long does delivery take?
Printed Ghasak clothing arrives 5–9 days after ordering; other products in 2–7 days. We deliver to all GCC countries.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or cash on delivery in United Arab Emirates; Oman.
What is the return policy?
You can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Can personalised items be returned?
No. Items printed with your child’s name are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I choose the size?
Each product has a size guide in its photos. Measurements are of the garment, not the child.
How do I add my child’s name?
On products that offer it, choose name printing and type the name before adding to cart.

100% natural cotton, soft on sensitive skin, with a durable print.
Are there customs fees?
For orders outside the UAE, customs fees may apply under your country’s rules; the courier collects them on delivery.
